female owned wine company

ECR Vintners is a woman-owned wine company founded by Erin C. Reddan— a wine insider who loved CA wine but didn’t love the way that it left so many smart, stylish women out of the story.

So she did what any millennial woman would do:
She poured a glass and rewrote it herself.

California wine was never the problem - who it was made for and by was.

After working in wine tasting rooms and teaching wine education classes in New York City, Erin noticed something that just didn’t sit right: the U.S. wine industry wasn’t talking to women—especially millennial women. Too often, California wine felt either too exclusive or too gimmicky, with very little in between. There was a massive massive gap between what women actually wanted to drink and what the U.S. wine industry was offering them. So she created her own in-between.

Today, ECR Vintners is both a wine brand and a wine hospitality company. The wines are made in collaboration with the talented team at The Wine Foundry in Napa, California—with a millennial woman’s preferences in mind (think: crisp whites, lighter reds, and everyday sparkling) guiding every bottle.

Back in New York, Erin hosts private tastings, corporate events, and intimate wine experiences that feel more like a dream dinner party than a seminar. Whether you’re hosting a client appreciation event or a “just because” gathering with your friends, ECR curates the wine, handles the pouring, and makes it feel effortless.

The name?

ECR is Erin’s initials. It’s not cutesy—it’s hers. And in an industry where women have historically been left off the label, it feels like a statement worth making.
